These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and Pristoria ("we," "our," or "us"), a reputation management firm headquartered in India. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Pristoria provides reputation management services including, but not limited to, online reputation assessment, content suppression, search engine optimisation for reputation purposes, content creation and placement, ongoing reputation monitoring, and crisis response.
The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables for each engagement are defined in a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work entered into between you and Pristoria. These Terms apply in addition to any such agreement.
Pristoria reserves the right to decline any engagement at its sole discretion. We maintain an ethical client selection process and do not accept cases involving the suppression of legitimate public interest journalism, concealment of criminal convictions involving violence or financial crimes against individuals, or any purpose that conflicts with our values and operating standards.
All engagements are subject to a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) executed prior to the commencement of services. We treat the existence of a client relationship, all case details, and all communications as strictly confidential.
You agree to keep confidential all proprietary methodologies, strategies, and processes disclosed to you during the course of our engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the engagement.
To enable effective delivery of our services, you agree to:
• Provide accurate and complete information relevant to your engagement
• Respond to communications and requests for input in a timely manner
• Refrain from actions that may undermine the strategies being implemented
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Make payments in accordance with the agreed schedule
Delays caused by failure to fulfil these obligations may affect timelines and outcomes.
Service fees, payment schedules, and billing terms are outlined in your individual Service Agreement. Unless otherwise specified:
• An initial retainer or setup fee is required before work commences
• Ongoing fees are billed monthly in advance
• All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed
• Late payments may result in suspension of services
We reserve the right to revise our fee structure with reasonable notice. Any changes will not affect existing Service Agreements without mutual consent.
All content, strategies, methodologies, tools, and processes developed by Pristoria remain our intellectual property. Upon full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use content created specifically for your engagement.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or repurpose Pristoria's proprietary methodologies or internal documentation without prior written consent.
While we employ proven strategies and maintain high success rates, reputation management involves factors beyond our control, including search engine algorithm changes, third-party editorial decisions, and legal proceedings.
Pristoria does not guarantee specific search engine rankings, complete removal of content, or particular timeframes for results. Any projections or estimates provided are based on experience and professional judgement, not guarantees.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pristoria's total liability arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the six (6) months preceding the claim.
Pristoria shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, reputation, data, or business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Either party may terminate an engagement by providing written notice as specified in the Service Agreement. In the absence of a specific termination clause:
• Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice
• Pristoria may terminate immediately if the Client breaches these Terms or the NDA
• Fees for services rendered up to the date of termination remain payable
Upon termination, Pristoria's confidentiality obligations continue in perpetuity. Content created and published during the engagement will remain live unless removal is specifically requested and feasible.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes to Terms will be communicated to active clients directly.
